Prepare plans, details and documents for either (1) Management Approval, (2) meetings, (3) coordination with different stakeholders (within internal or external relationships of the job scope), (4) basis for budget, estimates and bids, and (5) site implementation. This also includes drawing or document revision if necessary
Prepare specifications, material and color swatches, OSM checklist and budget, cost monitoring, Architectural blue prints (for Retail Affiliates only) Owner's Instruction Slip, Request for Information, and all other needed documents for owner's approval and/or site implementation
Monitor and ensure the project (inclusive of drawing preparation and implementation as well OSM delivery and installation) are all within the timeline and budget and compliant to SM Standards/ approved design criteria
Initiate ordering of architectural materials either thru bid or thru PR form
Attend site inspections which includes pre-construction assessment, monitoring of actual site project status, inspection of mock-ups, monitoring of site implementation if as per drawings and EDD Standards, and punch listing
Project Documentation and Filing from Project Start to Close-out, for onward checking of respective manager
Assist DM/RDM in all needed documentation to secure management approval
Responsible for securing complete project close-out (Certificate of Completions, Full Payment to Suppliers and Contractors, etc.)
Communicates issues and concerns to various departments regarding the project being handled.
Attends meetings in coordination with different stakeholders (within internal or external relationships of the job scope).
DESIGN SYSTEMS OFFICER
Policy Maker
Crafts policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines in a timely and planned basis and secures final approval from the Chief Design Architect (CDA), relevant Stakeholders, and President (when necessary)
Releases and cascades all officially approved policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines within the Division
Provides recommendations for best practices and procedural improvements obtain approval of these changes, and updates the existing documents
Internal Audit
Process Improvement.
Systematic reviews critical systems, standards, and processes to ensure its unbiased relevance, and consistency to the current needs of the organization
Risk Management.
Provides the Chief Design Architect an objective source of information regarding organization's risks, operational effectiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations

Assess the execution of a process against standards, policies, metrics, or regulations
Collaboration
Accurately represents EDD Design to a cross-functional project or program and ensures that the defied requirements and deliverables are met
Works with internal and external policy-making teams and core teams to solve problems and launch the next big thing
Facilitates alignment with other divisions and performs optimal contributions to deliver outcomes
Change Maker (Innovator)
Works with the Chief Design Architect and Design Operations head (DOH) in creating a reliable, repeatable process to generate new ideas that will promote efficiency and productivity within the division, test their viability and then whether to invest or not
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Professional license is required
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
With experience in AutoCAD & SketchUp Technology
Must be willing to be assigned in MOA, Pasay or in any mall branches in Metro Manila
