Design Manager

Manages all fundamental aspects and stages of the design process from the formation of the design organization, design conceptualization up to the preparation of the final or detailed engineering design while ensuring that design process and the final product both meet the purpose, quality, schedule, and budget objectives of the Client.

Design Strategy Development

1. Develops and implements design strategies for project deliverables.
2. Ensures team understanding of strategy and milestones.
3. Presents strategy to Infrastructure BU Head for approval.

Design Development Team Organization and Management

1. Forms and manages the Design Development Team.
2. Oversees team performance and deliverables.
3. Provides feedback and performance analysis.
4. Promotes open communication and cooperation.

Collaboration with Client

1. Coordinates with Client or Representatives on design requirements.

Design Preparation

1. Oversees preparation of design documents including:

• Client's Requirements
• Concept Design & Preliminary Specifications
• Final Engineering Design
• Final Specifications
• Design Basis and Calculations
