Key duties
- Lead end-to-end brand identity design (concept delivery)
- Translate strategy into visual systems (logos, typography, colour, assets)
- Ensure consistency across digital, campaigns, and collateral
- Create high-quality, commercially aligned visual narratives
- Manage briefs, timelines, and delivery
- Mentor and guide junior designers
- Collaborate with strategy, dev, and marketing stakeholders
- Maintain strong design craft and attention to detail
Requirements
Must have attributes
- Strong brand identity portfolio (not just social media or marketing design)
- Experience building complete visual systems, not one-off assets
- Ability to think strategically, not just execute
- Leadership or mentoring experience (even informal)
- High standards, detail-driven
- Comfortable working directly with an AU founder
Systems & Tools expected
- Adobe Creative Suite (non-negotiable)
- Figma (likely for modern workflows)
- Brand systems / identity frameworks
- Presentation tools (Keynote / PowerPoint)
- Exposure to digital environments (web, campaigns)
