Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Any CS Site - Ortigas / Makati / Cebu / Davao / Bacolod / Angeles / Mabalacat
Schedule: Night Shift
Job Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing design engineering team.
- Conduct regular 1:1s to guide growth and track performance.
- Define clear expectations, KPIs, and measurable success metrics.
- Monitor team scorecards and address performance gaps proactively.
- Collaborate with Product Management to deliver customer-focused engineering solutions.
- Standardize development workflows and improve execution using AI-enabled tools.
- Translate company goals into actionable quarterly engineering priorities.
- Remove delivery bottlenecks while maintaining quality and reliability.
Qualification And Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years engineering or product development experience.
- 2+ years leading or managing technical teams.
- Experience delivering system or software development initiatives.
- Skilled in building KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking systems.
- Strong root cause analysis and structured problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong process and execution discipline.
Preferred
- Experience manufacturing software, ERP systems, or design automation.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
- Experience operating within EOS or accountability-driven frameworks.
- Proven ability to improve team throughput and development velocity.
