Greenstrum Inc. part of ACMobility is looking for a Design Engineer to lead the development and execution of EV charging station projectsfrom concept to commissioning. If you're passionate about sustainable mobility and infrastructure, this role puts you at the center of the EV transition.
What You'll Do:
EV Charging Design & Site Assessment
- Lead site evaluations ensuring optimal, safe, and compliant EVCS locations
- Design layouts for EV charging stations based on demand, power requirements, and customer needs
- Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient design practices
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
Project Management & Execution
- Oversee project timelines, scope, and budget
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution
- Monitor project engineers and ensure on-time delivery
Compliance, Testing & Commissioning
- Ensure adherence to local and international standards (including Philippine Electrical Code)
- Conduct testing and commissioning before project handover
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards
- Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with Operations, Installation, and Product Engineering teams
- Engage with stakeholders including DOE, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Registered Electrical Engineer (REE)
- At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure, EV, power systems, or renewable energy
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code and related regulations
- Proven experience in design engineering and project management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills
