Position Title: Design Associate with Mandarin Proficiency

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Design Associate (Architectural Drafter) to join our architectural and design team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of Design Leads based in California, assisting in the creation of high-quality, innovative, and functional residential designs. You will be involved in preparing design documentation, maintaining accuracy across project deliverables, and ensuring alignment with design standards and timelines. This position is ideal for a strong Revit user who is fluent in Chinese/Mandarin and based in the Philippines, capable of collaborating effectively in a remote team environment. (Mandarin proficiency is required for coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients and team members.)

Qualifications

• Chinese/Mandarin-speaking
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the Architecture or Construction industry (U.S. project experience preferred but not required)
• Software Proficiency:
• Strong proficiency in Revit is required
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Bluebeam is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese/Mandarin (verbal and written)
• Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to precision and high-quality work
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment with a proactive and responsible attitude
• Work Ethic: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
