Job Description

Develop and prepare shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.
Draft method statements to outline construction procedures and best practices.
Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Approval (RFA) to clarify and approve design aspects.
Coordinate with the MEPFS team to address architectural-related queries and ensure seamless integration.
Monitor architectural materials and submit reports to the Clients Architect for approval.
Prepare and consolidate architectural reports for submission to the Clients Architect.
Track and report on architectural balance of works on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
Conduct site coordination with supervisors to oversee architectural implementations.
Liaise with Clients Architects, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications.
Engage in meetings with suppliers, reviewing material specifications and procurement requirements.
Attend architectural-related meetings across different project stations to discuss progress and challenges.
Develop as-built drawings to reflect any modifications and actual site conditions.
Create purchase requests and quantify required materials to support on-site construction.
With Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
At least 1-3 years of work experience in relevant roles.
In-depth understanding of architectural software such as AutoCAD, and Revit.
