Job Title: Deputy Manager - Operations [ Travel]
Location: Metro Manila
Work Mode: Onsite, Shifting Schedule
Note: Candidate should have 2-3 Years of leadership experience.
Required
- CRYPTIC/NATIVE GDS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- MUST HAVE RECENT/CURRENT EXPERIENCE IN TRAVEL ACCOUNT
- IATA/ UFTAA Level -1 certified. (Preferred)
- Must have GDS skill on one and more GDS (World span, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus and Apollo)
- Good understanding about International Ticketing, Exchange, Refunds.
- Good understanding about IATA Rules and regulation, Like; Fare component, Manual fare calculation, Pricing unit, Global Indicator, Indirect Travel Limitation and other Travel Terminologies.
- Proficient in speaking in English
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Microsoft Office skills high
- Knowledgeable in Quality tools
