Deployment Manager | IT Software Deployment

This is 3 Months Project Based employment or until August 31, 2026 : It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee,it is acontractual typeto our client for a minimum of3 Months/ August 31, 2026 .*Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client.Ourcompany will process your mandatory benefits/salary._*After August 31, 2026, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract.

READ! : Your salary experience expectation is subject for approval. It depends on your skills and experiences.

Note:Salary will be divided intodaily rate;considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid NO Work NO Pay but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

Also, since you will be supporting US, NO Work No Pay Applies on US company Holidays. If the client announced that the specific date is US Company Holiday and they mentioned that your team has no operations (not allowed to work on that day), you will not be paid for that day.

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , US Company holidays, and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills.They may also negotiate you.

POSITION:Retail Deployment Manager

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Amenable to work on aFULLY ONSITEin Taguig (Around BGC)
• Open to workon any shift assigned & shifting schedule: 24x7 operational model.even on a nightshift, early shift schedule, and midshift if assigned depending on the business needs
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience inin ITdeployment, project management, or systems integration.
• Strong understanding ofSDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Availability and willingness to work on shifts for a 24x7 operational model
• Adapts to changing workload and assignments depending on the demand.
• Proficient inSharepoint, Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Project Management: Manage deployment schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Technical Documentation (Flow chart / DFD/ Component Diagram)
• Knowledge in Unix and PostgreSQL
• Experience inProject & Risk Management:
• Oversee deployment-related projects,ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with deployments
• Open for project based employment as indicated above
