Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and supports daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and basic computer proficiency to support daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
  • Coordinate patient flow and relay information to dental technicians and clinic staff
  • Manage basic documentation, filing, and data encoding
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable reception area
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications

  • College level or graduate in any field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong customer service orientation with a pleasing personality
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Well-organized, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Able to work well with a team in a clinic environment
