Dental Biller

Overview

My Mountain Mover is looking for an experienced Virtual Dental Biller to support US-based dental clinics. If you have strong skills in CDT coding, insurance processing, and dental revenue cycle management, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

You will manage the full dental billing cycle—claims submission, insurance verification, payment posting, A/R follow-ups, and compliance. This position requires accuracy, professionalism, and expertise in US dental billing procedures

• Submit accurate dental claims using CDT code
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Manage claim denials, rejections, and payment posting
• Monitor A/R and ensure timely collections
• Prepare revenue and billing reports
• Communicate with insurance companies and address patient inquiries
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant record

Experience

• 1-2+ years of US dental billing experience
• Proficient in CDT codes and insurance processes
• Skilled in Dentrix, OpenDental, or Eaglesoft
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable remote setup and internet connection
• Willing to join interviews, assessments, and 5-Day Training

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM US Time (Graveyard)
