Demand Planning Supervisor

We are looking for a Demand Planning Supervisor to support and lead forecasting activities that drive business performance. This role will be key in ensuring accurate demand plans, improving forecast reliability, and enabling smooth supply chain operations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead demand forecasting by analyzing historical data and market trends.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align forecasts with sales and business strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in demand planning systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in demand or supply planning (FMCG/manufacturing preferred)
• Familiarity with demand planning systems
• Willingness to be based in Ortigas or Novaliches
