Demand Planning Officer

Our mission is to make eyewear fun and enjoyable for everyone. Founded in the Philippines, Sunnies has grown to over 40 locations nationwide and is now expanding internationally. Beyond eyewear, we've introduced Sunnies Specs for prescription glasses and Sunnies Cafe as a neighborhood hangout, all crafted with passion and care.

We are seeking a Demand Planning Officer to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Mandaluyong, with opportunities to work from home. The Demand Planning Officer will develop and execute demand forecasts and ensure inventory levels align with sales trends and business goals. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, creating accurate demand reports, collaborating with internal departments, and ensuring seamless coordination between supply chain and logistics teams.

• Strong planning and project planning skills to manage demand strategies and ensure on-time execution.
• Proficiency in analytical skills, including data interpretation and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Background in urban planning is a plus for roles related to supply and distribution networks.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant planning and analytics software is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
