AT A GLANCE
The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for managing demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies to ensure optimal product availability and healthy inventory levels across brands and channels. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory investment, and drive alignment through the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Forecasting & Demand Analytics
- Develop and manage demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, business insights, and statistical analysis.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, identify forecast variances, and implement action plans to improve forecasting performance.
- Analyze demand drivers, promotional activities, product launches, and seasonality to support accurate demand planning.
- Establish forecasting standards, monitor planning KPIs, and recommend process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align demand assumptions and business priorities.
Inventory Strategy & OTB / Buy Planning
- Develop inventory and replenishment strategies that balance product availability, inventory investment, and business objectives.
- Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning, replenishment plans, and inventory allocation across assigned brands or categories.
- Monitor inventory health, including safety stock, months of cover, ABC analysis, slow-moving inventory, and stock availability.
- Recommend inventory actions to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and inventory aging while supporting sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity through demand planning and replenishment optimization.
S&OP Facilitation & Alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand, supply, and inventory plans.
- Identify planning risks, supply constraints, and inventory issues, and recommend mitigation plans to support business objectives.
- Monitor planning performance and implement continuous improvements to forecasting, replenishment, and planning processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Demand Planning team while promoting collaboration and accountability across stakeholders.

YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5-8 years of experience in demand forecasting and planning
- Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
