Job Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly Channels Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning
- Responsible in
- Demand validation 100% alignment between Oracle and customer requirement
- Active participation and support in all SIOP reviews as needed
- Leads forecast, demand, and risk and assumption management activities with the DC Power and Thermal Sales and Product Managers.
- Responsible in the Thermal and DC Power forecasting process with MU's and consolidate for submission to factories.
- Highlight customer forecast risk within lead time
- Proactively bring ideas and new processes to ensure systems alignment and improve overall productivity
- Develop and enhance standard work instructions
- Improve process maturity by collecting issues and fixing the root causes
- Participate in change boards and support for actions related to demand
- Track and report key performance indicators and proactively identify appropriate actions to close gaps and to drive continuous improvement
- Work on adhoc business critical activities as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Materials Management Land 5 -7 years of related experience in a material planning/ sales inventory control/ logistics/ customer service within a manufacturing and operations environment.
- Has Business analytics, data science knowledge
- Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Techniques and applications
- Demonstrates proficiency in all MS office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Prefer Qualifications
- Skilled in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Smartsheet, Microsoft List/Planner)
- Demonstrated leadership and organization skills with a team orientation.
- APICS / CPIM Certificate would be an asset.
