Demand Planner

Role Highlights

• Develop and maintain accurate product, supply, and packaging demand forecasts.
• Analyze sales trends, market data, seasonality, and promotional plans to inform forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Procurement to align demand with inventory and production.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, adjust plans, and mitigate risks of stockouts or overstock.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and support new product launches with demand planning insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 25 years experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in high-volume or e-commerce settings.
• Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling); experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace data a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting models and demand pattern analysis.
