What You'll Do
- Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts aligned with IBP processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to validate forecasts
- Forecast demand for new products, range changes, and promotions
- Monitor and adjust forecasts based on trends and insights
- Manage product lifecycle forecasting (introductions, phase-outs, deletions)
- Analyse forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement
- Support inventory optimization and service level targets
- Use forecasting tools and systems to maintain data integrity
Key Criteria
- 3+ years in demand planning within FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools (SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, or similar)
- Experience with product lifecycle and promotional forecasting
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field
- CPIM, CSCP, CPF, or Six Sigma certifications highly regarded
Work Setup
Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.
- Metro Manila (BGC): Australian hours (6:30 am3:30 pm PHT) with hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
