What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts aligned with IBP processes
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to validate forecasts
  • Forecast demand for new products, range changes, and promotions
  • Monitor and adjust forecasts based on trends and insights
  • Manage product lifecycle forecasting (introductions, phase-outs, deletions)
  • Analyse forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement
  • Support inventory optimization and service level targets
  • Use forecasting tools and systems to maintain data integrity

Key Criteria


  • 3+ years in demand planning within FMCG or food manufacturing
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools (SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, or similar)
  • Experience with product lifecycle and promotional forecasting
  • Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related field
  • CPIM, CSCP, CPF, or Six Sigma certifications highly regarded

Work Setup


Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

  • Metro Manila (BGC): Australian hours (6:30 am3:30 pm PHT) with hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
