Job Description

Responsible for inventory forecasting, purchase order (PO) management, and replenishment coordination to ensure optimal stock levels across all channels. The role involves analyzing sales data, validating forecasts and fill rates, coordinating with supply chain and sales teams, and ensuring timely and accurate PO submissions. Provides guidance to store teams on PO processes, supports inventory planning initiatives, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing and approving POs and ensuring fulfillment accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience with inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain operations.
  • Proficient in sales data analysis, inventory forecasting, and Purchase Order (PO) management.
  • Experience coordinating with store teams, sales, and supply chain for replenishment and forecasting.
