Job Description
Serve as the key liaison among Supply Chain, Sales, and Principals to align sales strategies and plans with supply planning processes.
Partner closely with Buyers and Demand Planners to manage the product forecasting process, improve forecast accuracy, and develop strategies for addressing demand variability across a wide portfolio of food brands.
Communicate business risks and uncertainties related to demand, and propose solutions to optimize inventory, replenishment, and overall demand planning in coordination with Supply Planning.
Lead the presentation of product supply status, challenges, and key updates during Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
Provide leadership and mentorship on supply chain-related matters, influencing both peers and cross-functional teams.
Ensure all Distribution Centers (DCs) maintain optimal inventory levels in alignment with company standards.
Review and approve FDA-related applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Bachelors degree in any field is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning, with strong exposure to inventory management across multiple DCs.
Proven ability to coordinate with principals on supply and demand alignment, including experience in cost management (inbound, local transfers, warehouse expiry, and inventory levels).
Background in FMCG is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage and guide a team.
Strong analytical thinking, with excellent communication skillsboth verbal and writtenfor presenting data and insights.
Familiarity with Customs and Regulatory processes (e.g., shipment releasing, FDA, BAI, etc.) is highly desirable.
