Demand and Replenishment Planning Manager (Consignors)

The Demand and Replenishment Planning Manager is responsible for optimizing stock levels while maintaining on-shelf availability for the assigned category or categories.

This role focuses on:

Improving service and customer value by consistently maintaining on-shelf availability

Enhancing supply chain processes for efficiency and implementing new or improved workflows

Maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet weeks-cover targets and reduce slow-moving stocks

Ensuring accuracy in demand forecasting

Driving team performance and supervising activities in line with ROS

Supporting employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, and retention efforts

Success in this role depends on:

Working with cross-functional teams to develop an effective Demand and Replenishment Plan

Providing insights and developing mitigation plans related to forecast and replenishment

Collaborating with suppliers and trading counterparts to maintain high service levels

Recommending process improvements and developing action plans to support team KPIs

Ensuring planning processes are executed properly and planning reports are accurate

Supporting Branded Beauty category-building programs, promotions, and strategic initiatives
