Your Role And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Lead the development of digital transformation strategies, aligning them with business objectives and industry trends in the banking sector.
- Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and proposing tailored digital solutions.
- Industry Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in banking technology, fintech innovations, and digital transformation best practices.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex digital ideas and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with digital transformation initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.

- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of emerging technologies and their application in banking, such as blockchain, AI, machine learning, and cloud computing, microservices, etc.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital transformation or project management would be advantageous.
