Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the driver community.
  • Own driver engagement and retention initiatives, with clear strategies to improve satisfaction and reduce driver attrition.
  • Conceptualize and execute driver-focused events and programs aimed at strengthening engagement and loyalty.
  • Define target audiences, event objectives, budgets, timelines, and execution plans for all driver engagement activities.
  • Lead end-to-end event execution, including on-ground coordination and supervision of event staff.
  • Regularly monitor driver sentiment and engagement metrics prepare clear and actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Track competitive landscape, including competitor driver programs, incentives, and policies, and share insights with the team.
  • Design and manage feedback channels, communication campaigns, and engagement touchpoints to improve driver sentiment.
  • Analyze community feedback and sentiment trends to recommend improvements to policies, processes, and programs.
  • Support driver retention through proactive outreach, education, and ongoing communication with drivers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comforbable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Has 3 years of experience in driver operations or logistic operations is preferred
  • Has background in events management
  • Has good background in strategy and process improvement roles
  • More than 2-year leadership experience
