Delivery is a very exciting time for customers who are preparing to take ownership of their Tesla. The Delivery Operation Specialist serves as a liaison between the local delivery and supporting teams to consistently and professionally prepare for customer deliveries. This position has a direct impact on our delivery promise as customers take ownership of their new vehicles.
What You'll Do
Oversee and coordinate administrative responsibilities at the Delivery centerMonitor and manage pipeline flow and appointment calendars to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery process.Prepare, print and process delivery documents in an accurate and timely fashionWork cross-functionally with other sales operations teams to verify sales orders, contracts and registration documents for accuracy.Record information and ensure data quality in our CRM and other systemsWork with other departments such as service and logistics to coordinate vehicle shipment and prepDevelop and implement best practices to provide a superior ownership experience and reflect Tesla brand valuesPerform other related duties based on business needs
