What You'll Do:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop, manage, and adjust project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet objectives and timelines.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, productivity, and alignment with project goals and Agile practices.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards by implementing quality control processes and managing post-delivery defect resolution.
- Manage project scope effectively, controlling changes and minimizing scope creep while integrating necessary adjustments.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization, aligning resource plans with project requirements and performance targets.
- Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, managing expectations, providing updates, incorporating feedback, and driving Agile adoption while identifying and mitigating project risks.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and technologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) and strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), including facilitating ceremonies and driving continuous improvement.
