Delivery Lead

• Lead end-to-end delivery management across a portfolio of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope execution.
• Define and finalize project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business units and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.
• Optimize team and resource utilization while maintaining delivery quality, scope alignment, and target deadlines.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Remove delivery blockers, facilitate sprint retrospectives/post-mortems, and promote continuous improvement practices.
• Review and align technical solutions, architecture, and system designs with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.
• Manage project budgets, scope changes, and contingency planning to ensure successful and sustainable project delivery.
