Job Description

The role involves leading the overall delivery management of projects within a managed portfolio, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and scope-compliant delivery. The position requires collaboration with business units and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, while also optimizing resource utilization and mentoring project team members.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and finalize project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and manage detailed timelines for project execution.
  • Optimize resource utilization to deliver project activities within timeframes and quality standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members, fostering accountability.
  • Update the project team on project status regularly.
  • Clear blockers for subject matter experts to ensure delivery.
  • Facilitate learning through postmortem and sprint retrospective sessions.
  • Review technical designs with the technical delivery team.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to the cost baseline.
  • Establish governance functions for the program in line with enterprise policies.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.
  • Ensure solutions align with the Solutions Architect's design and Enterprise Architecture.

Required Qualifications


  • Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
  • Strong ability to communicate project status to stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to maintain delivery visibility through Agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
  • High level of autonomy and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Ability to implement process improvements for project efficiency.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and management.

Advantage-to-Have

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications).
