- Define and finalize project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and manage detailed timelines for project execution.
- Optimize resource utilization to deliver project activities within timeframes and quality standards.
- Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members, fostering accountability.
- Update the project team on project status regularly.
- Clear blockers for subject matter experts to ensure delivery.
- Facilitate learning through postmortem and sprint retrospective sessions.
- Review technical designs with the technical delivery team.
- Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to the cost baseline.
- Establish governance functions for the program in line with enterprise policies.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans.
- Ensure solutions align with the Solutions Architect's design and Enterprise Architecture.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
- Strong ability to communicate project status to stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated capability to maintain delivery visibility through Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
- High level of autonomy and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Ability to implement process improvements for project efficiency.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
