Responsibilities
Assist drivers with loading and unloading delivery items.
Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate documentation.
Organize packages and prepare them for delivery routes.
Communicate effectively with drivers and customers.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of delivery vehicles.
Report any delivery issues or delays promptly.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Support inventory management and stock control.
Assist in route planning and optimization.
