Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery of products in a safe and timely manner.
Drives company vehicle from one place to another to transport people, technicians and/or products.
Ensures punctuality to manage the time of delivery as expected on schedule.
Loading and unloading of the merchandise to and from the vehicle.
Coordinates with the department for the processing of documents.
Proper handling of the documents received for delivery ensuring the completion of all necessary documents.
Keeps the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
Keeps the vehicle secure at all times ensuring that there is no parts missing or damage.
Prepares and submit vehicle monitoring log sheet to the Department Head.
Logs official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes etc. for monitoring purposes.
Supports good customer relations and responds immediately to job needs.
Observes all safety and Company Rules and Regulations in the performance of duty.
Other tasks related to Warehouse Department.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
To perform such other tasks assigned by management related to the foregoing.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
With valid Driver's License A, A1, B, B1, B2, C, D (or Restriction 123)
Familiar with NCR routes
Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
