Job Description
- Designs and implements programs that promote dignity and unity across the organization, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational strategies.
- Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to expand recruitment channels and develop inclusive hiring practices.
- Provides training and resources to associates and leaders on inclusive practices, unconscious bias, and effective interviewing techniques.
- Monitors and analyzes recruitment data to assess the diversity of talent pools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinates with internal officers, sponsors, and external speakers for events and training sessions, ensuring all logistical and contractual arrangements are in place.
- Develops and maintains communication plans to promote dignity and unity events, success stories, and available resources across various channels.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of dignity and unity initiatives through feedback surveys and analytics, making adjustments as necessary to enhance impact.
- Partners with the Compensation Team to audit and revise job descriptions, ensuring they are free of bias and exclusionary language.
- Maintains and updates dignity and unity resources and toolkits, ensuring accessibility and relevance for associates.
- Hosts virtual and in-person training sessions, facilitating engagement and participation while collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in program management and HR (required)
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
