Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building and Maintenance:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, brokers, and external partners to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Act as a point of contact for dealers and brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Organize regular meetings and check-ins with dealers and brokers to understand their needs, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Sales Support and Performance Monitoring:
  • Assist dealers and brokers in achieving sales targets by providing them with the necessary sales tools, resources, and information about company products and services.
  • Monitor dealer and broker performance, ensuring alignment with sales goals and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback and support to improve sales strategies and help dealers and brokers meet their objectives.
  • Marketing and Promotional Activities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support dealers and brokers in executing promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and product launches.
  • Distribute marketing materials and product information to dealers and brokers to aid in the sales process.
  • Assist in coordinating special offers, incentives, and rewards for top-performing dealers and brokers.
  • Training and Development:
  • Assist in organizing training programs for dealers and brokers to ensure they are well-versed in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Provide ongoing training and support, ensuring that dealers and brokers are up to date with new products, services, and market trends.
  • Identify areas for improvement in dealer/broker performance and help develop targeted training initiatives to address them.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all dealers and brokers are adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Assist in managing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation related to dealer and broker relationships.
  • Ensure that all relevant documentation is accurately maintained, including sales records, contracts, performance reports, and communications.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Collect and analyze sales data to evaluate the performance of dealers and brokers.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports on dealer and broker activities, sales performance, and the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance the performance of the dealer and broker network.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Issue Resolution:
  • Collaborate with dealers and brokers to address customer service issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as an intermediary between customers, dealers, and brokers to resolve complaints, ensure timely service, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Monitor customer feedback received through dealers and brokers to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless operations and alignment of goals.
  • Provide feedback from dealers and brokers to relevant teams to improve processes, products, and services.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the dealer and broker relations program and to support the overall goals of the company.

Key Requirements

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within dealer and broker management or a similar industry.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and dealer/broker management best practices.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze dealer and broker performance, providing actionable feedback and support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and responsibilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other sales-related software.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience in data analysis and sales reporting.

Job Competencies

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage a large volume of dealer and broker relationships effectively.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, especially when addressing performance issues or customer concerns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet organizational objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving conflicts and managing disputes between dealers, brokers, and customers.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position, primarily in an office environment, with frequent travel to visit dealers, brokers, and attend industry events or meetings.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for special projects or promotional events.
