A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Deal Support Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you will support Aptean's global sales operations team from our Ortigas Center, Pasig City office. This onsite role will require working a shifting schedule to ensure seamless sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sellers to provide accurate and timely support for deal structuring, pricing, and promotions.
  • Prepare complex quotations using Salesforce CPQ.
  • Ensure compliance with company and third-party policies, validating pricing, approvals, and contract terms.
  • Maintain data accuracy for complex deals, adhering to high-quality standards.

What You'll Bring

Skills and Abilities:

  • 12-years of experience with case management tools.
  • Experience in sales is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and manage complex pricing structures.
  • Independent worker with minimal technical supervision.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong desire to undertake ongoing professional study and training.
  • Must have CRM and Quote creation experience.
  • Good to have: Salesforce Tool background
