About the Role

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will operate at the core of revenue governance-ensuring every deal is structured with financial accuracy, policy compliance, and long-term profitability in mind. You will influence high-value transactions through financial modeling, contract alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Shift: Night shift (M-F, 9AM-6PM CT, US) with flexibility required due to time zone observances, training schedules, inductions, and evolving business needs | Weekends off

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue recognition awareness and compliance processes
  • Familiarity with CPQ and QTC processes
  • Advanced proficiency in MicrosoftExcel including financial modeling, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure price quotes and route approvals while supporting client-facing proposal generation
  • Review and structure deals to align pricing, discounts, and contract terms with company policies and profitability targets
  • Build financial models to evaluate deal profitability, pricing scenarios, and long-term revenue impact
  • Deliver revenue reporting and analysis to support business decisions
  • Ensure accurate deal data across Salesforce CRM, Zuora, and contract records
  • Prepare advanced Excel reports analyzing trends, turnaround times, and non-standard requests
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to drive timely approvals and issue resolution
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, approval workflows, and revenue policies
  • Identify process improvements to enhance deal cycle efficiency and reporting accuracy
  • Respond to inquiries related to quote creation and troubleshooting
  • Support sales teams in opportunity completion and provide quote system guidance
  • Escalate non-standard pricing and contract requests for internal review
  • Support opportunity close processes, including contracts received outside system workflows
