Oversee daily operations of the document management team . Assign tasks and monitor workload distribution . Motivate and guide team members to meet performance goals . Process Management . Ensure accurate indexing, storage, and retrieval of documents . Monitor compliance with document management policies and procedures . Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors . Provide feedback and corrective action when errors are identified . Training & Development . Oversee Training of new hires on document management systems and protocols . Mentor team members to build skills and career growth . Performance Monitoring . Track SLA Performance such as turnaround time, accuracy rate, and productivity . Prepare performance reports for management review . Address underperformance through coaching and improvement plans . Client & Stakeholder Communication . Act as the point of contact for client queries related to document management . Provide updates on project status, issues, and resolutions .
