Supports key training and learning functions, including: -Curriculum planning and mapping -Training content development and review -Creation and implementation of testing materials and assessment instruments -Instructional methods and knowledge transfer approaches -Development of training materials and job aids -Training logistics coordination -Measurement and evaluation of training effectiveness . Designs and develops training solutions, including training modules, process documentation, and job aids required to perform associate job roles, tasks, and functions. . Participates in the end-to-end lifecycle of educational programs, including planning, development, implementation, and effectiveness measurement. . Develops and delivers training materials, addressing identified knowledge gaps, skill-based deficits, and other organizational learning needs. . Supports organizational effectiveness and client satisfaction by promoting efficiency, process reliability, adaptability to external changes, and business excellence through continuous learning. . Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams to plan and execute training, upskilling, and cross-training initiatives. . Ensures timely completion of training deliverables in alignment with Statements of Work (SOW) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). . .Maintains functional expertise through ongoing education, professional training, and relevant certifications where available. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: . Trainer profile with total of 5 to 7 years of experience Trainer or QA in a health BPO . At least 2 years experience as team lead or trainer or QA in a Health BPO . Open to QA with at least 2 years as a team lead in a Health BPO . USRN license, preferred only . CPC license, preferred only . Voice Proficiency - B2
