Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture's full capabilities. . Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team. . Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios. . Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments. . Manage people engagement, recruiting and staffing to optimize delivery targets. . Typically receives direction and feedback from their supervisor on setting priorities or assigning and managing tasks on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. . Expected consequences for mistakes in their work would include missing team deadlines, damaging their team's reputation within Accenture, and damaging Accenture's reputation, and may be escalated to a managing director. . Involved in risk mitigation decisions for multiple teams and may be involved in risk mitigation decisions for their business area OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: . At least 12 years of work experience in Service Delivery with strong background in F&A (RTR/PTP) . 10 years supervisory/TL experience . Open to any industry . Typically has a minimum of 12 to 20 years of experience doing similar work either at or outside of Accenture. Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge in an area of expertise based on experience, and act in an advisory role in meetings. . PTP and RTR experience is required.
