WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a highly accountable Operations Manager to drive execution across legal, operations, and administrative teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that all tasks are actively progressing, completed on time, and aligned with organizational priorities.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role—not a purely strategic or supervisory position. The ideal candidate takes initiative, follows through consistently, and ensures that commitments are delivered.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Oversee and monitor ongoing work across operations, legal, and administrative teams
- Ensure all deadlines, deliverables, and commitments are met
- Proactively follow up on tasks until completion
- Identify bottlenecks, delays, and unresolved issues, and drive resolution
- Enforce accountability across team members and functions
- Provide clear, structured updates on progress, risks, and pending items
- Coordinate with the Operations Integrator for alignment and escalation
- Ensure smooth handovers and continuity across shifts
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or team coordination
- At least 2 years of experience managing or leading teams
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and execution skills
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including legal professionals
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Able to perform under pressure and drive results
- Experience enforcing systems, processes, and SOPs
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with tools such as ClickUp and AI platforms (e.g., GPT tools) is an advantage
- Can work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with high accountability
- Output and results-driven (beyond a traditional 9-5 structure)
