Job Summary
We are looking for a Scrum Master who has 3-5 years experience and is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery for the Smart Application by ensuring Scrum practices are properly implemented and continuously improved. This role acts as a servant leader to the development team, helping remove impediments, protecting team productivity, and ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams. The Scrum Master promotes Agile values such as transparency, collaboration, and iterative delivery to support business objectives and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective to ensure effective Agile execution.
- Coach and guide the development team on Agile and Scrum principles to improve maturity and delivery efficiency.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments that may affect team progress and productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and sprint goals.
- Monitor sprint progress using Agile tools and ensure timely delivery of committed work.
- Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, retrospectives, and implementation of process enhancements.
- Safeguard the team from external interruptions to maintain focus on sprint objectives.
- Ensure transparency of project progress through accurate reporting and communication.
- Support Agile adoption across the organization and help establish best practices
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- With at least 3–5 years of experience as Scrum Master.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
