We are hiring customer service representatives for our Quezon City site!
Schedule: Dayshift
Work setup: Onsite
This role is suitable for individuals who communicate clearly, can follow processes, and are comfortable working in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through assigned communication channels
Provide clear and accurate information about products or services
Record interactions in internal systems following company procedures
Follow quality and service standards
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
Senior High School graduate with1 year of BPO experience
Basic computer and navigation skills
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Willing to work on assigned schedules
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
