Lead and manage direct offer marketing, including targeted player promotions, segmentation, and personalized incentive delivery.
Oversee all player communication channels(SMS, email, in-app notifications), ensuring messaging accuracy, timely execution, and consistent quality.
Partner closely with the Analytics teamto refine targeting strategies, enhance segmentation models, and drive stronger player engagement and retention.
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to design campaigns that grow player acquisition, reactivation, and revenue contribution.
Work with IT and Data Engineeringteams to ensure accurate data capture, proper data flow, and alignment of systems and tools that support marketing activities.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to best practices in database marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 23 years of experiencein database marketing, CRM, direct marketing, or customer communication.
