Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Database Developer located in Taguig. The Database Developer will design, develop, and manage database solutions to support business needs. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing database structures, managing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, and ensuring data accuracy and performance. The role will also involve troubleshooting database performance issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Database Development, Database Design, and Database Administration
• Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools
• Knowledge of database security, optimization techniques, and performance tuning
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate database solutions effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years experience with SQL, relational database management systems (RDBMS), and data architecture
