The Database Analytics Specialist will manage and develop CLLIX's SQL-based data system and business intelligence reporting. This role will integrate key operational systems such as RMS Cloud, Lighthouse, STR, and other business platforms into one centralized reporting environment.
The role will focus on building a reliable database structure, creating automated data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and developing Power BI dashboards that support business decisions across revenue, operations, finance, and executive teams. This is a hands-on technical role with high visibility across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Database Management
- Design and maintain SQL database architecture for company reporting.
- Build a centralized data warehouse or reporting database.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data accuracy and security.
- Implement data backup and recovery processes.
System Integration
- Integrate key systems such as:
- RMS Cloud (Property Management System)
- Lighthouse (Revenue Intelligence)
- STR (Market Benchmarking)
- Build automated data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Maintain API and third-party data integrations.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create reports for executives, revenue management, finance, and operations.
- Design KPI dashboards covering occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, labor, and financial metrics.
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, easy to use, and regularly updated.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with Revenue, Finance, Operations, and leadership teams to understand reporting needs.
- Translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions.
Key Goals (First 12 Months)
- Build a centralized SQL reporting database.
- Integrate RMS Cloud, Lighthouse, and STR data automatically.
- Launch standard Power BI dashboards for business reporting.
- Improve reporting accuracy, speed, and transparency.
- Establish data governance and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Experience as a Database Administrator or Data Engineer.
- Strong SQL and database management skills.
- Experience building data warehouses and ETL pipelines.
- Experience integrating systems using APIs.
- Advanced Power BI dashboard and data modeling skills.
- Experience with cloud-based systems.
Industry Experience (Preferred but not required)
- Hospitality or property management systems
- Experience with RMS Cloud, Lighthouse, STR

Qualifications
