The Impact:The Data & Technology Research Ops Associate is an early-career role focused on enabling research and operational workflows through hands-on execution, automation, and applied use of technology and generative AI. You will play a significant part in enhancing the efficiency and consistency of our research and membership-related workflows. Your contributions will directly support the achievement of team goals and will often involve resolving varied and non-routine issues, requiring guidance and clarification to support quality work.
