Team Leader (QA/Picking/Training)

About us

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure timely completion of operational activities.

• Supervise team members and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor workflow accuracy, material handling discipline, and general warehouse efficiency.

• Conduct periodic stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Review and prepare basic reports and updates using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

• Support employee onboarding and skills development through on-the-job training and coaching.

• Ensure compliance with safety, material handling, and traceability standards.

• Collaborate with other stakeholders to support overall operational goals.

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course or program

• 2-3 years relevant warehouse leadership experience, ideally within the logistics or supply chain industry

• Proven experience managing people, attendance, and daily manpower deployment

• Good working knowledge of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, picking, inventory etc.)
• Good communications skills, both written and verbal
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when needed
• Physically fit and willing to work in a warehouse setting
• Willing to be assigned in Maguyam, Cavite
