JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert (SME) across Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality BI and data platform solutions.
The ideal candidate will guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and ensure best practices across multiple projects while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data and analytics solutions.
- Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Own technical and architectural decisions across projects.
- Provide solutions that scale across multiple teams and business units.
- Design and implement data models, BI solutions, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure timely delivery of software and analytics solutions.
- Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and guide teams to meet quality and timeline goals.
- Support innovation in data architecture, reporting, and integration approaches.

- Proven background in designing and implementing BI solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Solid understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
Nice to HaveMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Power BI.
- Currently residing in the Philippines with legal right to work.
- Willing to work on-site in Taguig on a shifting schedule
