Job Summary
- Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of analytical framework using business knowledge, advanced analytical techniques and tools to derive deeper insights, identify opportunities, assess impact, recommend & implement actions for better customer experience, incremental profitability and improved efficiency. This role shall ensure that all advanced analytics solutions being implemented, be it in the Bank or with its third-party affiliates and/or partners, are aligned with the Bank's vision and strategies.
How will you contribute
- Supports Advanced Analytics initiatives using world-class technology, tools and methodologies. The Division's work scope and capabilities shall cover the following:
- a. Develop and implement analytical framework using business knowledge, advanced analytical techniques and tools.
- b. Derive deeper insights and identify opportunities across the bank and its third-party affiliates where advanced analytics can be applied to create synergy and monetize data cross the Group.
- c. Assess impact and recommend actions for better customer experience, incremental revenue and improved efficiency.
- d. Develop and implement test programs to help optimize target market, product and offers.
- Supports the collaboration of Advanced Analytics initiatives across the bank and with YGC affiliates.
- Supports Corporate Planning initiatives by providing relevant insights to help them in developing long term strategies to meet the Bank's goals.
- Continue to learn new tools and acquire advanced analytical skills.
What will make you successful
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Hands on experience in Advanced Analytics.
- Adequate exposure to the various areas of the Banking business with focus on leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication, problem solving skills; ability to enable change and with passion for creating solutions; strong interpersonal skills; excellent project management and presentation skills
