We're seekinga Data Scientist with a specialization in Prompt Engineering to join our Data C Analytics team. This role is ideal for someonepassionate about large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and crafting high-performance prompts that drive intelligent behavior in AI systems. You'll work at the intersection of data science, NLP, and product innovation to optimize AI outputs and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design,test, and refine prompts for LLMs to achieve specific outcomes across various use cases.
- Analyzemodel responses to identify patterns, biases, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to integrate prompt strategies into AI- driven features.
- Developevaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness and model performance.
- Stay current with advancements in generative AI, prompt tuning, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Contribute to internal libraries and documentation for reusable prompt templates and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, transformer models, and generative AI.
- Experienceworking with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) or open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral).
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, spaCy).
- Excellentanalytical and communication skills, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Familiarity with prompt evaluation metrics and human-in-the-loop testing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in prompt tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or fine-tuning LLMs.
- Backgroundin UX writing, computational linguistics, or conversational AI.
- Knowledgeof English language and cultural nuances for localization tasks.
- Prior work with multilingual models or regional deployment of AI systems.
