Title / Designation: Data Scientist

Location: Manila, Philippines

Work mode: On-site

Experience : 3 - 6 years

Role & responsibilities:

Own analytics initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification to impact

measurement

Understand business models, operations, and pain points to identify data-driven

opportunities

Design and deliver diagnostic, predictive, and ML-enabled analytics solutions

Analyze datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to generate actionable insights

Build and apply basic machine-learning models where appropriate

Collaborate with operations and transformation teams to deploy and scale solutions

Communicate insights clearly and act as a trusted analytics partner to stakeholders

Candidate requirements:

Strong ability to understand business context and identify analytics-driven opportunities

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and advanced Excel

Understanding of basic machine-learning concepts

Ability to translate data analysis into clear, actionable business insights

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Cloud exposure is an added advantage
