Key Responsibilities
- Analyze advertising campaign data and evaluate performance metrics to develop optimization strategies.
- Monitor key advertising metrics (CTR, CVR, LTV, etc.), evaluate ROI, identify issues and propose improvement solutions.
- Study user behavior data, optimize attribution strategies, and enhance user growth and conversion funnels.
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate optimization strategies
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to marketing and product teams to improve campaign efficiency
Preferred Background & Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in data science or data analytics, focusing on marketing and user
- growth.
- Proven track record working with performance marketing data including paid channels (Google
- Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs), CRM, and funnel optimization.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, and experience in Python or R for data manipulation,
- modeling, or statistical analysis.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
- Deep understanding of online marketing metrics: CPA, ROAS, LTV,CAC, retention, attribution, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build relationships and
- influence cross-functional partners.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly preferred due to cross-regional collaboration
