About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist Advanced Analytics to join a collaborative and supportive analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data end-to-endfrom processing and transformation to analysis and visualizationwhile partnering closely with stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Perform data processing, cleansing, and transformation using Python to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and structured datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Apply foundational statistical concepts such as mean, median, and mode to interpret datasets and support analytical findings.
- Build clear and meaningful data visualizations using Python visualization libraries to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Document data processes, assumptions, and methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests and contribute to continuous improvements in data workflows and best practices.
Must Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in data processing and programming using Python.
- Hands-on experience with Python data libraries, particularly Pandas and NumPy.
- Experience in data cleansing, transformation, and preparation for analysis.
- Working knowledge of data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib and Seaborn.
- Understanding of foundational statistical metrics, including mean, median, and mode.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with 3 days reporting to office and a shifting schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data analysis.
Good to Have Qualifications
- Exposure to advanced statistical analysis or predictive modeling.
- Experience working with large or complex datasets.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools.
- Background in presenting analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in contract-based or project-driven environments.
